Happy Easter: White Chocolate Peanut Butter Crispies!

For those of you that visited our table at the Community Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Zachary Men’s Club, we promised you this recipe.  Well, here is it.

Happy Easter!

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Crispies


  • Non-stick spray or parchment paper
  • 1 ½ Cup Natural peanut butter, sun butter, almond butter or favorite nut butter (smooth)
  • ½ Cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup White Chocolate Morsels
  • 5 Cups Crisp Rice Cereal


Spray a 9 x 13 inch glass dish with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

In a medium pot over low heat, stir peanut butter, marshmallows and vanilla until smooth.

Measure crispy rice cereal and white chocolate morsels in a large bowl.

Pour peanut butter mixture over rice cereal and mix until evenly coated.

Place mixture in dish pressing firmly with the back of a wooden spoon.  (Spoon may be lightly moistened with water to prevent sticking).

Place a piece of waxed paper or parchment paper over mixture.  Press down mixture as firmly as possible.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

Cut into squares.

Makes approx. 20.
