Ummm, Ummm, Good is all I have to say about this meal!
As ya’ll know, the current growing season in LA is producing lots of tasty greens, and we have been enjoying every bit of them. This meals greens were a mix of cabbage and collard! Yes, we mixed cabbage and collards and they were Tas-Tay!! With a touch of Stevia, a little vinegar, and our beloved Tony Chachere’s…those greens were rollin’!
Now the main course was something special in itself! I told ya’ll we used a little leftover boiled crawfish in a breakfast dish, but we also used a little here. This dish is a shrimp, crawfish, and…wait for it…DEER SAUSAGE pasta that will knock your socks off! We used cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and a mix of cheeses to make the sauce. We tossed in a few onions and bell peppers for added flavor, and before placing in the over to set, we threw on some French onions! There’s no need for me to go any further. You see the picture and get the point for this one!!
